Excellent drill for all to help with moving the center of mass forward, but also great for motor skills development among younger racers, or others who seem to either drop their hands back, or into the turn and rotate, or seem to freeze their hands in whatever position they are, instead of actively using them for driving forward and balance.  Also helpful for at gate hands positioning/gate contact drill.
